This fall we strongly encourage face masks in the library for everyone over 2 years old, regardless of vaccination status. The Library Board of Trustees agreed at their August 20th meeting that face coverings should be strongly encouraged when the spread of Covid-19 is at substantial transmission levels in Hillsborough County as identified by the CDC.
The sequel to Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club - the story of four unlikely friends who meet weekly in the Jigsaw Room of their retirement village to discuss unsolved crimes - comes out this September. It’s been a great few weeks of Tails and Tales Summer Reading and we want to celebrate! All our Summer Reading participants are welcome to come get a free ice cream treat on Thursday July 29 from 11:30-12:30 in the Bedford Village Commons parking lot. You can register for the ice cream truck finale by clicking here.
We will also have free prize books and a coupon for a free kiddie cone at Hayward’s Ice Cream at the library for our participants.
