This summer, the library is pleased to offer a new pass. NH State Parks has teamed up with libraries across NH to offer patrons the ability to check-out a daily park pass!
The pass entitles admission to day-use parks for two adults and up to four dependents.
New Hampshire has 93 state park properties that provide a variety of recreational opportunities for all ages and abilities. The park system includes beaches, historic sites, waysides, natural areas, a multitude of trails, and much more to explore. A list of these, along with trail maps which may be downloaded as pdf files, may be found on their website. The pass provides access to most day-use locations, though there are a few exceptions, most notably, Hampton Beach State Park-South Beach, Wallis Sands State Park, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, the Flume Gorge, and metered parking on the seacoast. Most of the parks are open from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend, except for Monadnock State Park, which is open year-round.
Reserve your pass today!
