IInspired by Akira Kurosawa's 1952 film Ikiru, Living tells the story of a civil servant whose life takes a heartbreaking turn when a medical diagnosis tells him his time is short. He begins to search for meaning and live his life more fully, until a simple revelation gives him a purpose to create a legacy for the next generation. Features an Oscar-nominated script by Kazuo Ishiguro and an Oscar-nominated performance by Bill Nighy.
