We've rescheduled Thursday Theater to February 13, due to the predicted snow on February 6.
Join us for a new movie (or two!) on the big screen in the McAllaster Room on Thursday, February 13. Bring a small snack or drink if you would like and settle in for an exciting film with friends and neighbors.
At 2:00, we'll be showing Conclave, based on the novel by Robert Harris. Cardinal Lawrence (Ralph Fiennes) is tasked with running this covert process after the unexpected death of the beloved Pope. Once the Catholic Church's most powerful leaders have gathered from around the world and are locked together in the Vatican halls, Lawrence uncovers a trail of deep secrets left in the dead Pope's wake, secrets which could shake the foundations of the Church. Also starring Stanley Tucci, John Lithgow, and Isabella Rossellini. Rated PG. Watch a preview and sign up for a seat on our online calendar.
At 6:00, the movie is Saturday Night. This film is based on the true story of what happened behind the scenes in the 90 minutes leading up to the first broadcast of Saturday Night Live. Full of humor, chaos, and the magic of a revolution that almost wasn't, we count down the minutes in real time until we hear those famous words. Rated R.
