The meeting rooms of the Bedford Public Library are available to educational, cultural and civic groups in Bedford or substantially serving Bedford.
Organizations and individuals agreeing to the terms outlined in the room use policy are welcome to meet in a room free of charge whenever it is not being used for library programs or by library organizations.
Applications will be accepted in order of receipt. Library programs will have priority.
Applications must be made to the library director by an adult resident in writing using the library meeting room application.
