Fall isn't just about pumpkins, raking leaves, and apple cider. If you're a book lover, this is the season for book awards. The National Book Award finalists were announced this morning. Bedford favorite All the Light We Cannot See is a fiction finalist. Yesterday, the Man Booker prize was awarded to The Narrow Road to the Deep North by Australian author Richard Flanagan. Last week, the Nobel Prize in Literature was awarded to French author Patrick Modiano. The National Book Award winners will be announced on November 19.
