In order to make the system more secure for everyone, Libby will begin requiring users to enter their library card password, beginning on Monday, October 5. You will need to enter the same password that you use to log into the library's online catalog and/or CloudLibrary.
If you are already logged into the Libby app on a device, you will be prompted to verify your account. Please enter the barcode number off of the back of your library card (without spaces) and your password or PIN.
If you do not know your password or PIN, you can find step-by-step instructions to help you reset it on the library website. You may also stop by the library or call (603) 472-2300 and we'll be happy to assist!
