Well, the Summer Reading Program is finally at an end...but what a summer we had! There are so many people and organizations that contributed to our success, we have more people to thank than the recipients of the Academy Awards! A full listing will be posted shortly on our closed circuit TV...please take note, and be as generous in supporting our local merchants as they have been in supporting us!
Now that fall is upon us, there are new programs to anticipate! The autumn storytime schedule is posted elsewhere on this website, but there are some special events in the offing, as well. Next Wednesday, September 10th, Amy Conley will be celebrating the season with us with a family sing-along, geared to preschoolers, but fun for adults, too! We would ask you to register on-line, so that we can estimate how many people will be participating.
Later in September, there will be a free demonstration class of Let's Play & Namaste, a yoga program for preschoolers. In October, we hope to resume our after-school book club for midgraders. There's always something going on...watch our webpage for the latest news and events!
