October Fun!

Now that we are in the middle of fall, we have lots going on at the library and we welcome you to try out something new with us!

Namaste! Yoga for Ages 4-7 will be starting up this month on October 23rd and October 24th! Sign up for one or the other, but not both, please. We want to make sure everyone who wants to is able to have a chance to try it out! More yoga will be happening next month, too! These yoga classes for children teach mindfulness, breath, movement and relaxation to create a new and fun experience for your child. We will provide the yoga mats, limit our classes to 10 participants at a time and ask that your child is ready to move and play in comfortable clothing and have water with them as well as a trip to the bathroom before starting class.

During these classes, we ask that parents remain in the Children's Room in case their child should need anything during the class since the class will take place in the McAllaster Room next to the Children's Room.

Don't miss out on Drop-In Pajama Story Time on October 22nd at 6pm for all ages in the Castle! Come in your pajamas and bring a stuffed animal if you like! Be ready to hear some sleepy stories, sing lullabies together and wind down from a busy day. No registration is required for this program.

Drop in Musical Story Time will be on October 18th at 10am for all ages in the Castle. Children and their grownups will dance, sing, get wiggles out and enjoy some musical stories they can sing along to at this fun, 45-minute story time. No registration is required for this program.

If you haven't yet tried our Lunch Bunch Story Time, join Miss Carla at noon on Mondays or Wednesdays through October for a fun lunch (bring your own!) and a lovely story time and craft! No registration is required for this story time.

Questions? As always, feel free to call us at 472-2300 or email Miss Grace at glarochelle@bedfordnh.org
